Phase 2 Now Open at McBride’s Polo Grounds Community in Eureka

Streets have been poured and construction has begun at McBride Homes’ master planned community, Polo Grounds, located in Eureka. And with incredible success with the first phase, Polo Grounds recently opened a new phase of homesites.

“The community is off to a fabulous start and we’re excited to open phase 2,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes. “We’re excited folks can drive through the community on the newly poured streets and explore the second phase of homesites for themselves.”

Located off Highway 109 and Highway FF, Polo Grounds will have a total of 101 homesites featuring three villages of single-family homes. The community is just minutes from I-44 with pricing from the $300’s to $700’s in the Rockwood School District. 

Polo Grounds Manors features the Bayside series with 7 different plans to choose from including ranch and two story homes from the $300s. 

Polo Grounds Estates offers move-up single family homes with larger homesites and 6 various floorplans including ranch, 1.5 story, and two story models from the $340's.

Polo Grounds Enclave features McBride’s luxury series of homes, including the popular 1.5 story Pin Oak II plan and the Buckley model. Pricing starts in the $530’s and all homes in the Enclave include a three car garage. Only a handful of these oversized homesites are available with only four walk-out basement sites remaining.
