New Homesites Released at Several McBride Communities

Due to significant interest in several McBride communities, the St. Louis-based homebuilder has announced the release of additional phases at a handful of communities across the metro St. Louis area.

After another successful quarter at Riverstone in the Florissant area, McBride is opening phase 3 this week. The new homesites sit on a private cul-de-sac and offer ingrade and walkout lots. Riverstone features single family homes with pricing from the $250’s to $400’s. 

“Riverstone has attracted a large number of North County prospects,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO and President of McBride Homes. “With this fantastic location and value pricing, we know this next phase of homesites will sell quickly.”

McBride is also opening additional homesites at Westhaven in Wentzville. Located off Hwy 61 and Peine Road, Westhaven offers single family homes from the $280’s to $400’s. As one of McBride’s most popular communities in recent years, the builder is releasing a new phase that includes three car garage homesites for its Bayside Series of single family homes. 

“We’ve had an unbelievable amount of interest in this location since it first opened,” said Eilermann. “There has been a lot of pent of demand in Wentzville for affordable new construction, and McBride is happy to offer incredible homesites, innovative floorplans, and now some three car garage homesites in this community.” 

McBride is also opening a handful of new homesites in both their Polo Grounds and Fox Run communities located in the Eureka area within Jefferson County limits.
