McBride Homes Promotes Tony Schutt to Chief Financial Officer

McBride Homes is pleased to announce the promotion of Tony Schutt to Chief Financial Officer. This leadership transition reflects McBride’s continued commitment to thoughtful succession planning and long-term organizational strength for the home builder.

Tony Schutt has been with McBride Homes for over a year, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance, where he partnered closely with leadership on financial strategy, capital planning, and operational execution for a growing portfolio of new home communities. Prior to joining McBride, Schutt held leadership roles with a top public homebuilder, supporting complex, multi-entity operations across two of the country’s largest housing markets.

This transition has been planned and in progress for more than a year and closely mirrors McBride’s prior CFO transition. This deliberate approach underscores the company’s focus on stability and disciplined growth as the organization continues to scale.

Jeff Todt will transition into the role of Principal and Advisor.  “Jeff has done an exceptional job as CFO and played a critical role in building the financial foundation we operate at today.  My dad and I want to personally thank Jeff for his strong impact on this organization.  We are grateful for this continued partnership and look forward to working with Jeff in his new capacity,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes.

He will continue to work closely with executive leadership to ensure McBride remains well-positioned to scale while maintaining the financial rigor that has long defined the company.
