Nearly 300 nominations were reviewed for the 2026 list, with honorees representing a variety of industries throughout the region. According to the publication, selections are made through an independent editorial review based on professional achievements and contributions to organizations and the local community.

Eilermann is among 41 professionals selected for the 2026 class and is recognized in his role as CEO of McBride Homes.
