Upon arrival at a participating home visitors follow the instruction posted on the front door. By scanning the QR code, they complete a brief identity verification process and receive a secure entry code to unlock the door and being their tour instantly.

Inside, visitors can explore spacious floorplans, modern design features, and quality craftsmanship at their own pace. Informational materials are available throughout the home, and follow-up support from a sales team member is readily available.

Quick Move Homes Available Now

All NterNow homes are Quick Move homes, meaning they are available for immediate move-in. This gives buyers the advantage of skipping long build times while still enjoying the benefits of a new construction home.
